NLP is probably the most effective set of skills for accelerating personal and professional development.  It is a form of coaching based on applied psychology and gets the results you want quickly.

F A Q

1. What is NLP?

NLP is a form of coaching based on applied psychology. A coaching framework is used to explore issues and develop outcomes. Sometimes additional techniques are useful to resolve blockages such as unhelpful beliefs, behaviours and emotions and can give you a new perspective to help your understanding. It isn't magic but it feels like it sometimes when things that have been causing problems for years are resolved in less than an hour!

2. Do you provide any NLP skills training?

I design courses to meet specific individual, team or business needs. I work with other NLP trainers to deliver NLP Practitioner training. Contact me to discuss your needs and for more information.

3. How do I get NLP coaching?

You need to find a NLP coach you can work with and who has the right skills to meet your needs. So the first session with me is free. We spend about 15-20 minutes discussing your coaching needs and building rapport. If we both believe I have the right skills for you we then agree a coaching plan. If not, you are free to find another coach. You may have spent a long time deliberating already so don't delay any longer. To book a first free session contact me..

Coaching sessions last for up to one hour. Ideally we meet face to face but Skype is also excellent.

4. How many coaching sessions will I need?

For many people one full session is all that is required. It depends to some extent on you, how complex your issue is, how much you want to achieve and of course your budget.

5. What if?

Imagine achieving what you want to, or being the person you want to be. What if you pick up the phone now?
