Team training and facilitation is designed to provide knowledge and skills to help you and your team to meet your business goals more effectively.

1. What areas do you cover?

Establishing team beliefs and values, vision and purpose, identity
Improving team performance: goal setting; improved communication; dealing with challenging behaviour and conflict.
Improving system and business performance.
Sales techniques and presenting skills.

2. What tools and techniques do you use?

Aston Team Based Working.
Applied positive psychology and NLP techniques.

3. How many people do you train at a time?

Usually up to 10 – 20 at a time. The ideal number is 12 people. But clearly it depends on the size of the team

4. How long will the training take?

Training will be designed to meet needs of the team. It may take a number of sessions.
